It's What Deltas Do!

On March 3, 1913,the 22 Founders of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. marched in the Women's Suffrage Procession in Washington, D.C.. The march was in support of a constitutional amendment that would give women the right to vote. The Founders of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. were the only African American women's organization to participate in the march, despite being discouraged from doing so.
